Royalty Executive was built on a simple belief: medical professionals should have the support they need to focus on their patients, and the people providing that support should be valued for the important work they do.

We understand medical administration from the inside because our foundation was built through education, sacrifice, hands-on experience, and a determination to create something better.

• OUR STORY

Our journey into medical administration didn't begin with a company.

It began with an investment in learning.

More than $20,000 was invested in medical billing education and training. But we quickly understood that education alone wasn't enough. We wanted real, hands-on experience.

So we accepted a minimum-wage position simply for the opportunity to learn the work firsthand.

The paycheck wasn't the priority.

The experience was.

Every claim, patient interaction, insurance verification, authorization, scheduling issue, billing question, and administrative challenge became an opportunity to learn and develop real-world skills.

We were willing to start at the bottom because we understood the value of learning the business from the inside.

Eventually, despite being told the position would remain secure, that employment came to an unexpected end.

It could have simply been a setback.

Instead, it became a turning point.

We chose family. We chose to trust the skills we had worked so hard to develop. And we chose to take everything we had learned and begin building something of our own.

Royalty Executive grew from that decision.

• EXPERIENCE BUILT IN THE REAL WORLD

Our medical billing and administrative experience dates back to 2018, and one thing those years have taught us is that learning in healthcare never stops.

Our team is trained in HIPAA privacy and security requirements, and we believe continuous education is part of providing responsible, professional support.

We continue training to stay current with EHR systems, medical billing standards, administrative processes, technology, and changes throughout the healthcare industry.

We don't believe in simply knowing how something was done yesterday.

We believe in continuing to learn how it needs to be done tomorrow.

• OUR MISSION

We've seen firsthand what happens when a medical office becomes overwhelmed and understaffed.

The phones keep ringing.

Authorizations pile up.

Insurance needs to be verified.

Patients need answers.

Appointments need to be scheduled.

Billing requires follow-up.

And staff members are trying to keep everything moving while providers are trying to care for their patients.

Eventually, something gets pushed to the side—and too often, the patient feels it.

That is one of the reasons Royalty Executive exists.

Our mission is to give medical practices the additional administrative support they need to close those gaps, reduce the pressure on their existing staff, improve patient communication, and create a more organized workflow.

We work as an extension of the practices we serve, handling the administrative details so their teams have more time to focus on what matters most:

• EMPOWERING THE NEXT GENERATION

We haven't forgotten how important it was to be given an opportunity to gain real-world experience.

We want to create that opportunity for someone else.

As Royalty Executive grows, our goal is to work with schools and provide internship opportunities for students and young adults interested in medical administration.

We are also working toward developing a Royalty Executive training program for people entering the medical secretary and administrative field.

We believe medical billing knowledge is valuable even for someone who never plans to become a medical biller.

Understanding how scheduling, insurance, authorizations, documentation, coding, billing, and reimbursement connect can help someone become a stronger and more knowledgeable medical administrative professional.

We also understand that not everyone can afford to spend thousands of dollars on education.

Our long-term goal is to make training and practical knowledge more accessible to people who want an opportunity to learn, develop their skills, and build a future for themselves.

Knowledge helped change our path.

We want to help make that knowledge available to others.

We believe a successful business should have a purpose beyond its own success.

The communities that support our businesses are the same communities where people are experiencing hunger, homelessness, mental health challenges, financial hardship, and other difficult circumstances.

We believe we are responsible for one another.

As Royalty Executive grows, giving back will be part of our growth.

Our goal is to support people and organizations serving those in need and to work alongside physicians and medical practices that also want to give back to their communities.

We hope to eventually create opportunities where Royalty Executive and the practices we serve can work together to make a meaningful difference.

Because the healthcare community doesn't only exist inside the walls of a medical office.

It exists in the communities we all share.
